"Dissapointing. I have been a customer for 10 years! My rates only go up every year. They should go down for age and loyalty. When I asked they said it was inflation. I was paying more for liability than I did before for full coverage on my last vehicle. I told her I wanted to cancel. The kept texting me OVER AND OVER. I asked them to STOP texting me. I told her I want to CANCEL. They literally were fighting with me on text refusing to cancel. EVENTUALLY they did cancel. Then they sent me a pitiful refund check. $5! I jsut tried to cash it and it says I am unauthorized to cash this due to the issuer. What a joke and rip off. I went to another company got full coverage for literally 1/6 of what State Farm charged. I had issues earlier this year when my vehicle was hit by an uninsured driver. I had insurance to cover incidents like this but they assured me they would NOT cover it."
