"Disappointing service. I got into my first total accident and received no contact from my agent except two text messages, asking if I contacted claims and to pay. My accident was only 2 weeks into my monthly policy, so I requested to have my policy back dated as I did not have rental car on my insurance. The office manager Jeanne refused to do it, even though I was not aware that I had to cancel my policy. I also requested to speak to the agent because honestly she was being very rude. I never heard back. I contacted other agents around and they all agreed that I should have been aware that I needed to cancel my policy and they would have back dated my policy and actually asked if I was alright at the very least after my accident. Highly, don’t recommend."
